极地旅游规模增势明显 旅行社抢滩极地市场

随着国人出境游经验的丰富,旅行社方面表示,近期赴南北极旅游的人次有明显增长,而面对愈发增多的订单需求,旅行社也开始在极地旅游市场寻求突破,开发更适合国人的极地旅游产品。

南极游价格不一 ,10万以下需谨慎

据国际南极旅游业者协会(IAATO)统计,在2011年之前,来自中国的南极旅行者人数寥寥。2011年到2013年,短短两三年,数字变化非常快,呈阶梯式增长。去年,中国登陆南极的游客人数达到3944人次,已经占到全球市场份额的15%,仅次于美国,成为南极旅游的第二大客源国。在过去的10年中,中国人到南极旅游的人数上涨近40倍,预计2017年将突破5000人次。

而记者在各大旅行社查询发现,目前南极游产品的价差很大,从几万元至几十万元不等,多数都是以邮轮的方式前往体验。但业内人士表示,虽然中国人赴南极旅游的市场还有相当惊人的增长潜力,但是各旅行社竞相以低价南极游产品吸引国人注意的现象值得关注,很多门槛低的南极游产品未必能获得良好的出游体验。

HHtravel鸿鹄逸游相关负责人表示,南极邮轮线路主要有三种,一是绝大多数的常规行程,也就是南极半岛巡游;二是游南极三岛包括福克兰群岛、南乔治亚岛和南极半岛;三是穿越南极圈。整个旅程游客的大部分时间在邮轮上度过,相当于一个活动的酒店,所以邮轮的选择至关重要。目前市场上南极游行程的价格差异主要就在于邮轮,10万元以上的价格可以享受到奢华型及科考型邮轮,设施服务豪华舒适,专家讲座及登陆南极等体验项目丰富;10万元以下价格,邮轮条件相对较差,游乐设施有限;另外,价格偏低的南极游线路通常采用大型邮轮,而《南极条约》规定禁止500名以上旅客的邮轮在南极靠岸,因此游客只能沿着南极半岛巡游走马观花,无法登陆上岸,深度体验。

此外,整个南极行程配置的其他设施服务级别也决定了极地游的价格高低。由于南极高端邮轮载客数较少,航次舱位有限,今年能参与高端南极行程的国人预计仅在500人左右。

北极市场渐成熟 ,游客选择将更多元

近年来,去北极圈里看极光、造访圣诞老人村等项目已经成为了很多游客在出游时的选择。而旅行社也纷纷在北极市场发力,推出各种涉及芬兰、瑞典、挪威、冰岛等地的特色旅游线路和碎片化的旅游产品,来满足游客越来越细化的出游需求。

众信旅游集团近日与芬兰贸易投资旅游促进总署签署了战略合作谅解备忘录。同时,近日,北欧旅游局、德国汉堡旅游局、凯撒旅游三方也正式签署战略合作协议,通过整合各自优势旅游资源展开深度合作。根据协议,北欧及德国汉堡未来将通过凯撒旅游在中国投放覆盖丹麦、挪威、汉堡的中高端特色主题游产品,以期吸引更多中国游客。北欧旅游局大中华区首席代表王宇指出,近年来,国人出境游意愿持续高涨,中高端消费人群乐于寻求新鲜的目的地和新体验。在欧洲出境游整体向好的态势下,位于北欧的丹麦与挪威以及“北德明珠”汉堡,已展示出强劲的市场潜力。

此外,对于众多自由行群体,提供碎片化的服务也是旅行社发力的方向。其中,携程旅行网近日便与Stena Line签署了合作协议。

瑞典企业与创新工业大臣Mikael Damberg表示,有越来越多的中国人把瑞典作为旅游目的地,去年前往瑞典的中国游客增幅显著,同比增长了25%。此次携程和Stena的合作,对于瑞典而言非常重要。据了解,Stena Line是世界上最大的轮渡公司之一,目前其经营22条航线,有34艘渡轮,航线覆盖英国、法国、德国、丹麦、挪威等北欧国家。根据协议,今年8月,Stena Line的产品将整合并入携程的网站和其线下销售渠道,并积极围绕中国市场推广开拓Stena Line所有的航线和产品销售。
