携程孙波:从出入境旅游看中国全球化发展

7月5日,中国与全球化智库(Center for China and Globalization,下称CCG)、携程旅行网联合发布了《从出入境旅游看中国全球化发展》的报告(下称“报告”),携程集团高级副总裁孙波受邀参与发布会并致辞。

作为CCG副主席,携程联合创始人兼执行董事会主席梁建章对我国出入境游的发展始终非常关注。他认为,增强中国与其他国家的文化交流,对加速中国旅游业的全球化和提振入境游的发展,都具有非常重要且深远的意义。??????

孙波在发布会上表示,从报告中可以看到,与出境游相比,入境游的发展相对较慢,携程非常乐意做一位先行者,引领更多的国际旅客走进中国。

出境游保持高速、健康发展

在致辞中,孙波对我国出境游的发展表现出了乐观的态度,他认为,中国旅客正在世界上扮演着更为重要的角色。

报告数据显示,2016年中国出境游客达1.22亿人次;而根据世界旅游组织(UNWTO)所公布的数据,2016年全球的出境旅客人数为12.3亿人次,中国旅客的占比接近10%。

同时,中国旅客的消费能力也不容忽视。报告指出,2016年中国大陆的境外游客消费总额达到2610亿美元,同比增长12%,占全球旅游总消费额的20.9%,高居全球首位,是第二名美国的两倍之多。

报告还认为,随着居民可支配收入的增长、出境旅游签证的便利化、国际航线数量不断上涨、包括携程等旅游企业的针对性布局都为出境游的健康发展提供了持续性动力。? ??

携程愿为提振入境游贡献力量

而对目前我国旅游业在全球化过程中所呈现出的不均衡态势,携程集团高级副总裁孙波认为,提振入境游势在必行。

他表示:“我非常认同旅游业是沟通世界文化的桥梁的观点,要吸引更多的国际游客就要让他们先了解中国,而中国游客和企业都可以成为传播文化的介质。”孙波认为,作为中国领先的旅游企业,携程可以在全球化进程中,成为中国文化的重要载体之一。

孙波介绍说,这两年,携程正在加速全球化的步伐。比如,2016年1月,战略入股印度最大的在线旅游公司MakeMytrip,布局印度市场;同年11月,收购英国旅行搜索平台天巡(Skyscanner),进入欧洲市场。同时,Ctrip国际版在境外很多国家也增长迅速。

此外,携程的外文网站已经支持13种语言的服务,外籍注册会员数已经超过2500万,2016年累计服务外籍旅客超过700万人次,相比2016年为500万人次,增长40%。可以看到,通过携程入境的外籍游客增幅明显高于整体水平,其未来的表现值得期待。

在致辞的最后,孙波强调,在“一带一路”战略的引领下,我国旅游业正迎来全球化的最好契机,携程作为中国领先的旅游企业,非常愿意为传播中国文化,吸引更多国际旅客走进中国贡献自己的一份力量。

Outbound tourism to maintain high speed and healthy development

In his speech, Sun Bo showed an optimistic attitude towards the development of outbound tourism in China. He believes that Chinese tourists are playing a more important role in the world.

Report data show that in 2016 China outbound tourists reached 122 million passengers; and according to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) released data, the number of outbound tourists globally in 2016 for 1 billion 230 million people, accounting for nearly 10% of the passengers China.
