巴西将简化中国游客签证手续　新政10月1日执行

巴西旅游部近日表示，巴西将简化中国公民办理巴西签证的手续，以吸引中国游客。从今年10月1日起，中国公民能办理往返巴西有效期为五年的签证，可多次入境，一般逗留期限为90天，但可再次延长90天时间。

根据巴西当地媒体“Ultimoinstante”网站9月11日报道，巴西旅游部部长马克思（Marx Beltr?o）指出，巴西政府预计2022年将从国外吸引超过1200万名游客。巴西政府推出的旅游计划需要当局简化办理签证的手续，增加来到巴西旅游的游客数量。巴西是全球自然景观最壮丽的国家之一，也是世界经济论坛公布的全球第八大文化资源旅游目的地，尽管这样，巴西接待的游客数量同其旅游潜力相比差距非常大。

根据巴西旅游部统计年鉴显示，2016年巴西所接收的外国游客共有660万名。同年，共有1.3亿中国游客在世界各国旅游，但只有5万人选择巴西作旅游目的地。根据此前中新社报道，在2017年金砖国家工商论坛期间，携程CEO孙洁透露，巴西作为金砖国家，也正逐步成为中国人出境游的热门目的地。2017年上半年，中国到巴西游客的数量增长了一倍。

世界旅游组织指出，办理签证的便利程度是一个国家发展旅游业的重要因素。据《南美侨报》报道，世界旅游组织通讯部主任桑德拉?卡尔沃（Sandra Carvao）表示，签证便利化是巴西的首要任务之一，因为如果一个国家办理签证的手续非常便利，它的游客数量就会增长，旅游收入及旅游业创造的工作岗位也会随之增长。

除签署简化签证协议外，现已有361家巴西旅行社获得了中国政府的批准，可在巴西接待中国游客，为中国游客赴巴西旅游提供便利。
